How to Claim for Your Bataung Life Benefits

At Bataung Life, we understand that losing a loved one is a difficult time. Our goal is to make the claims process as simple, transparent, and compassionate as possible. To ensure your claim is assessed without delay, please prepare and submit the following documents:

• Certified copy of the main insured’s identity document
• Certified copy of the deceased’s identity document
• Certified copy of the death certificate
• Completed DHA-1663 report (Notification of Death)
• Proof of banking details (must be stamped by the bank, not older than 3 months; internet statements are not accepted)
• If the cause of death is unnatural, a copy of the relevant police report

Additional documentation may also be submitted to support your claim.
